Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Position Overview
As a key member of the Services team, the CSR is responsible for ensuring that all students and visitors are promptly assisted upon entry of the HSF office. This role includes the execution and monitoring of services and other administrative duties.

Responsibilities

  • Answer questions regarding HSF services, events, and policies
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Inform students of the HSF Health and Dental Insurance plan and other HSF services
  • Assists with the completion of insurance claim forms
  • Schedule appointments and book study rooms
  • Sell and track HSF event tickets
  • Oversee and account for the release of student cheques through a sign-out process
  • Receive and file various forms, applications and mail
  • Provide administrative support to each department as needed
  • Count and balance till/cash box at beginning and end of shift
  • Clean, organize and stock reception area

 

Minimum Requirements

  • Customer service and cash handling experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office
