Community Outreach


Thank you for your interest in receiving funding from the Humber Students’ Federation (HSF) for your fundraising initiative.

Below is the Fundraising Request Application and a list of Rules and Regulations. Please read and ensure this application is complete and submitted to the Community Outreach Committee at the HSF office- KX202 at the North Campus and K Building at the Lakeshore Campus at least two business days prior to the scheduled meeting dates below.

  • Tuesday September 20th, 2011 (North  Campus)
  • Tuesday October  18th, 2011 (Lakeshore Campus)
  • Tuesday November 15th, 2011 (North Campus)
  • Tuesday December 6th, 2011   (North Campus)

 

Rules & Regulations for Community Outreach Funding

  1. HSF Community Outreach Committee will donate up to a maximum of $500.00 per individual/request
  2. Presentations for funding request must be done on meeting dates or this application must be given to the HSF office two business days before the meeting date.
  3. If funding for supplies is granted, you must purchase them yourself and provide receipts in order to be reimbursed.
  4. A cheque issued to the charity you are fundraising for must be presented to HSF before expenses are reimbursed.
  5. The Committee will respond to your request 1 business day after meeting date and may request additional information.
  6. Applicant must be a Humber or Guelph-Humber student to receive funding.
